Η Microsoft he said a series of changes to collection of diagnostic data in Windows 10, with the aim of making the whole process a little easier for everyone.
The settings listed below are currently only intended for Windows Insiders using a preview build of Windows 10. So you should not look for them in the "fixed version" of the operating system you may be using.
With these changes, Microsoft is trying to remove a level telemetry while at the same time renaming the others. In existing Windows 10 builds, there are four different levels of diagnostic data:
Security
Basic
Enhanced
Full
The security level (Security) is almost equivalent to the complete shutdown of telemetry services, while Basic sends only the basic information to the company. The enhanced (Enhanced) and Full levels are the ones that allow the Mission more data to Microsoft for analysis.
With the release of Windows 10 build 19577, Microsoft seems to have removed the Enhanced data collection setting, leaving us with three different levels, which are renamed. Thus, according to the new approach:

The new names explain the purpose of each level from the beginning, allowing users to know what data is being collected and sent to Microsoft.
Because changes are made to this latest preview version of Windows 10, devices running Enhanced level will no longer be able to receive updates unless users change the optional diagnostic data level (formerly known as Full) manually.
So, technically, if your device uses the Enhance level, you need to change to the "Full" setting to be able to upgrade to new builds. Otherwise, your system will crash into Windows 10 build 19577.
"If you are a corporate customer and choose to send Optional Diagnostic Data, we will provide more detailed Group Policy settings in the future to adjust the data collected by your organization. We will release additional information about the revised diagnostic policies as we approach public release, ”says Microsoft.
To change the diagnostic data settings, follow the path (if you are enrolled in the Windows Insider):
Settings - Privacy - Diagnostics - Send optional diagnostic data - Optional
Your system will need to be restarted to save your changes.
Similar settings are required for AAD and field-connected devices, where the optional level must be enabled.
According to the standard Microsoft program, the upcoming fixed version containing these changes should be released in April or May.
