H Microsoft announced its release Skype 6.15 for Mac, a long-awaited upgrade for users who were having problems with video chat and IM Client.
The update has major bug fixes and focuses on improving user experience and stability.
“Occasionally, some users experienced crashes when starting or ending modeof the application. Thanks to the valuable help from our Forum users, we were able to identify the causes of these malfunctions, fixing two of them in the current version," the company's announcement reads.
“With the release of version 6.14 of Skype for Mac we faced two known issues: animated emoticons that used a lot of CPU, and crashes that users were experiencing MacBook Pros κατά την κοινή χρήση οθόνης (screen-sharing). The animated emoticons issue has been resolved, and MacBook Pros users should update to Mac OS X 10.9.2 to address the screen sharing glitch.”
