Microsoft: Robe in X for Windows 11 Copilot+

Microsoft promotes Copilot+ PCs as extremely powerful. The company recently released a short clip on X promoting Copilot+ PCs as: “The fastest, most intelligent Windows PCs ever” or “The fastest, most intelligent Windows PCs ever

The clip doesn't mention anything else, but many X users weren't happy with what Microsoft posted. So they added more content to the post and even added an article illustrating how many of the AI ​​features have been available on Copilot+ computers since launch.

But an X box that appears below Microsoft's post mentions that Copiot+ computers don't have the fastest processors compared to top-of-the-line AMD or Intel processors.

The latest Intel Ultra AI Series 2 processors are similar in NPU performance (some even exceed it by 3 TOP). Similarly, the AMD AI CPU reaches the TOP 50, which is much higher than the CPU that previous Snapdragon processors had when they came out.

Since Intel and AMD processors are already and will soon be in Copilot+ PCs, Microsoft shouldn't have boldly touted Snapdragons as the best out there.

Another problem users have been with the ARM architecture of the Snapdragon CPUs. It does not support as many applications as X64 architecture processors.

“Gaming is not as convenient on Copilot+ PCs as it is on X64. The list of titles (games) is expanding, but don't expect all of them to appear games to her".

Windows was also mentioned in X Recall which as users say ironically "was revoked” due to the lack of privacy and security mechanisms. It's back in preview right now, but how many users bought Copilot+ PCs for Windows Recall?

It's true that ARM computers, like Copilot+ computers, consume less energy and they offer decent performance. But they are not expected to replace any powerful desktop computer unless they start shipping with dedicated GPUs.

Snapdragon is already preparing the next refreshed version of the X Elite processors and we expect the performance on the NPUs to increase.
