Microsoft ends the sale of Windows 10 licenses at the end of January

Εάν θέλετε να αγοράσετε μια άδεια χρήσης των Windows 10 από το δια, you better hurry, because by the end of this month, Microsoft will officially stop offering Windows 10 licenses on its website.windows 10 2c

As first reported by PCWorld, the US pages for Windows 10 Home, Professional and Workstation include text that says:

“January 31, 2023 will be the last day Windows 10 download will be available for sale. Windows 10 will continue to be supported with that will help protect it from viruses, spyware and more software until October 14, 2025.”

The also includes a link to Windows 11.

This means that after January 31st, Microsoft will only sell Windows 11 licenses on its website. Of course, that doesn't mean you won't be able to buy Windows 10 licenses from somewhere else. You'll still be able to buy them from third-party retailers like Amazon and others.

Windows 10 Pro (OEM / Retail) 7.99 €

There is also the option to install Windows 10 on your PC without paying for it, but you will lose the ability to personalize your PC. There will also be a watermark on your desktop asking you to activate Windows.

It seems that Microsoft is making every effort to get as many users as possible to use Windows 11. This wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if Windows 11 didn't have different hardware requirements.
