Microsoft: it will soon be worth one trillion dollars

Microsoft's Cloud business is doing much better since Satya replaced Steve Ballmer as CEO of the company.

Analysts expect the company to continue its upward trend and reach the 1 value of a trillion dollar.

Her researchers Evercore, Kirk Materne, Fenn Hoffman, Tom Mao and Daniel Greenfield expect this to happen by 2020 or by the end of the 2021 fiscal year and report that the 365 and the Azure public cloud will be the main catalysts to catapult the company to a price of one trillion dollars.Microsoft

Office 365 will bring about 5,18 billion dollars to the company, with the productivity suite bringing a total of 26,86 billion dollars up to the financial year 2021.

Microsoft Azure will continue to grow in the coming years and 2021 should be successful of $22,19 billion, according to analysts.

“Microsoft with 365 will win with its ease of integration to the broader Office productivity platform and the insistence of enterprise customers to purchase 'suites' of products over better solutions, especially in the resource-constrained small business market," the analysts said.

"As Azure's revenue is invested in infrastructure, we believe that Azure will be able to deliver significant operations over the next four years and become a segment that will deliver many of Microsoft's key profits over the next decade. ”

Microsoft, however, will not be the first technology company to catch 1 trillions of dollars, as Apple is likely to do the same and much earlier.

Apple predicted it would surpass the 1 billion dollar milestone by the end of the year, but analysts expect that 2018 will happen.

The company is reported to have touched almost that value since the beginning of November after the launch of the iPhone X, as the share price rose by 3%. So the valuation of the company's value reached (approximately) for the first time 900 billion dollars.
