Netgear fixed one vulnerability of high severity affecting many WiFi router models and warning its customers to update their devices to the latest firmware immediately.

The flaw affects many models of Wireless AC Nighthawk, Wireless AX Nighthawk (WiFi 6) and Wireless AC routers. Although Netgear didn't reveal any information for the component affected by this bug or its impact, stated that this is a pre-authentication buffer overflow vulnerability.
