Increases the market share of Windows 7

They keep coming first 7!

The news published by NetMarketShare for the month of December 2016 show that Windows 7 is not only the top for personal computers, but it seems that their market share continues to grow.

And what's worse for Microsoft is that the its operating system appears to be developing at a faster rate than Windows 10.Windows 7

Last month, Windows 7 was the leading desktop operating system with 48,34 percent market share, Windows 10 followed with 24.36 percent, Windows XP was third with 9,07 percent, while .1 was next with 6,90 percent.

Specifically, Windows 10 improved their share of 23.72% in November at 24,36% in December, which means they showed an increase of 0,64 percent.

Windows 7, on the other hand, recorded an increase of 1,17 percent and 47.17 percent was found at 48,34 percent.

The results are particularly worrying for Microsoft especially because these statistics were collected in December, a month when new device activations are usually increased during Christmas.

If Microsoft wants to see the glass half a dozen, then the market share of Windows 10 is clearly growing and it is very obvious that it does at a slower pace than before.
