Yes, Greek Uploader wanted by Interpol! Almost a decade after popular piracy website Ninjavideo was shut down by government of USA, one of the main accused is still wanted.
The case has led to many imprisonment sentences but the authorities have not resigned and are looking for the last suspect, which is also on the list of wanted Interpol criminals!
Five years ago, many of the people associated with the video streaming and download site NinjaVideo were arrested by the US government for copyright infringement and conspiracy.
The landmark case led to many convictions, including a 22 month prison sentence for site founder Hana Beshara.
Beshara, who received the biggest penalty, was released last summer. However, this does not mean that the case is closed.
One of the accused, a member of NinjaVideo, is also a Greek Zoe Mertzani. Mertzani, also known as "Tik," is said to have been one of the most active uploaders on the site.
However, despite convictions and conciliation agreements, the Greek woman has not yet been arrested.
Zoe is now 40 years old and currently appears on the list of Wanted of Interpol. Interpol issued a so-called "red notice" for the former uploader of Ninjavideo.

According to TorrentFreak, Mertzan is the only person associated with a streaming and downloading page and is on the Interpol website.
The Ninjavideo case has been one of the most prominent successes of the US government, and if Mertani is arrested and extradited, he is facing a prison sentence of several months, on the basis of previous convictions.
NinjaVideo founder Hana Beshara had the hardest punishment, and was 22 months imprisoned with a fine of $ 210.000 as compensation to the MPAA. Affiliate Administrator Matthew Smith was sentenced to 14 months imprisonment and was ordered to pay over 172.000 dollars.
