Nova will be the name of the new company after the merger of Wind and Nova

The new company that will emerge after the merger of Nova and Wind Hellas will be called Nova, as the Group, which owns both companies, decided to give this name to the new corporate entity that will emerge.

It is expected to be completed by the end of 2022 merger of Wind Hellas and Nova (formerly Forthnet). Currently the two companies have already been consolidated under a common management team. Upon completion of the merger, the new corporate entity, under the name Nova, will be the second largest provider of fixed and postpaid in Greece.

The new era for Nova will culminate in an investment plan of 1,3 billion euros over the next few years. The investment includes the extension of the fiber optic network to (Fiber to the Home) and the nationwide coverage of the 5G network.
