A very large number of apps available in online app stores can access your private photos, watch and record your location, access your email address, address books, and logs of the calls you make.

According to Bitdefender, more than the 35% of the analyzed applications can monitor the location of a user, even when the application runs in the background. A 6,66% of these applications can send the user's site via the Internet.
With regard to accessing applications to their e-mail address and sending them over the Internet, data show that up to and including 3% of those analyzed can do so. While some of them use encrypted connections to send data, there are others who do it without any security.
