Microsoft has been testing a beta for six months version of Outlook.com email, and it looks like the time has come to roll it out to all users of the service, according to statements made on March 14.
Outlook.com users will be migrated to the new version of the service "in the coming weeks," a publication reports. As part of the development, Microsoft is also launching a new beta for the characteristics of Outlook.com Calendar as well as contacts (People) according to same post on the company blog.

Microsoft has also updated the integration of Skype in the e-mail of Outlook.com, making it easy to chat or speak from within Outlook.com.
The updated Outlook.com will give users options to enable or disable the Focused Inbox and Conversation View features. The Boomerang, Evernote, GIPHY, Gfycat, Microsoft Translator, MojiLaLa, PayPal, Trello, and many more in the Office Store will be supported.
The new Calendar beta (will be available to all Outlook.com users from today) displays facts and details much faster, according to the post, and the new People / contacts beta uses new profile cards designed to make it easy to create, view and edit contacts and lists.
Outlook.com users can try out the new features of Outlook.com, Calendar and Contacts by selecting the "Try beta" menu in the upper right corner of Inbox.
Once new features are available, Microsoft will automatically update all existing Outlook.com users to the new version (without any user action) in the new Mail, Calendar, and People versions.
