Outlook see the upcoming email client

Η Microsoft είναι γνωστό ότι ετοιμάζει την ενοποίηση του Outlook με διάφορες πλατφόρμες, κάτι που η εταιρεία συζήτησε κατά τη διάσκεψη Ignite πέρυσι. Ο email client αναμένεται να μετακινηθεί σε μια διαδικτυακή powered by what the company calls Outlook on the web Powered Experiences (or simply OPX) and rumored to come with the upcoming Project Monarch.

While the application is expected to be released in form s later this year and is set for public release in 2022, Microsoft seems to posted a screenshot in the release notes for the latest Office Insiders Beta release .

The notes contain a because it consists of Outlook windows, with the foreground window showing the new Explore feature. However, the background features a new design that includes new icons, a refreshed left pane, and rounded window corners. At the moment the design you see above is not something that has been released to Insiders, which indicates that the company has probably released a mock-up of the upcoming email client and not the final product.

Additionally, the image looks more like the email client version than the web app – which makes sense since the integrations Microsoft is preparing for Outlook are expected to be implemented on the WEB. Still, there are the title bar icons, which make the snapshots to look like a fusion of the desktop email client and the web application.

It is possible that the company from Redmond is preparing a renewed design for desktops to align with the upcoming update Sun Valley of Windows 10 before proceeding with the release of OPX.
