Pangu hacking team has just officially announced the jailbreak for Apple devices with iOS 9.1, along with the new tool, also featured a teaser for Apple's 4 generation jailbreak devices to be released next week.
The jailbreak is available on the official Pangu website and works only on 64bit versions of iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch devices.
The issue, of course, is that Apple has stopped providing iOS 9.1 to those who want to upgrade, so no one can downgrade this version anymore.
This means that only those who chose to continue using 9.1 or forgot to update their operating system can use the Pangu jailbreak.
Hackers report for their jailbreak that they were able to exploit a bug in the iOS 9.1 kernel. This bug has been fixed in the next version of 9.2 in iOS.
George is still wondering what he is doing here….
