Patch Tuesday: In yesterday's post we mentioned that Microsoft was preparing to release its established updates today.
Yesterday we mentioned: "cumulative updates have occasionally caused headaches for users of Windows 10, as some of them fail to install, causing problems on computers.”
Following yesterday's publication, we need to highlight your attention to cumulative information KB4074588. This patch has displayed to many users the error 0x80070bc2 and the computer is constantly starting.
Still others report that the update appears to be installed twice, and some complain that Microsoft Edge does not work after the installation of this cumulative update.
There are also reports of mice and keyboards not functioning after KB4074588 is installed, and in some cases Windows 10 users report that they have lost the entire folder from user profiles.
In the meantime, Microsoft has released KB4090913 to address a problem with the "INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" error, but all of the other issues mentioned above have not yet been addressed.
Cumulative update KB4090913 can also not be installed…
It will be interesting to see what will happen with this Patch Tuesday, but at the moment everything suggests that it will not change anything we know from the company.
