PCLinuxOS 2019.08 friendly for Windows friends

The developers of the PCLinuxOS distribution have announced the release of the latest stable version 2019.08. PCLinuxOS: This is a systemd-free and very beginner-friendly distribution. He "wears" it 5.16.4 which has just released the latest Linux kernel 5.2.8:
