PicoPDF is an easy-to-use offline PDF editor that lets you edit text and add images to your documents.

picopdf

Drag and drop a PDF document into the application GUI or use the Open button to select the file you are interested in. PicoPDF displays the contents like a regular PDF reader.

Left-click on a text in the PDF and it will change into a text box that you can use to edit existing content, correct typographical errors, or add something of your own.

The program recognizes the text formatting of the document and saves it for the changes you make, so you do not have to worry about the font style in the text you add.

Was there an error while editing? The PicoPDF application has undo and repeat functions.

Want to move something to a page? Click the scroll button, select the content and drag it anywhere you want. You can also use PicoPDF to add images to a PDF document, and it supports many different image formats such as JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PSD.

Use the save button to save the changes you made to the PDF.
