Power Toys 0.84

Microsoft has released version 0.84 of its free PowerToys for Windows 10 and Windows 11.

The 0.84 release shows us what's changed and what's fixed:power toys
The latest update brings the new PowerToys Workspaces app, modified update settings and many minor changes for existing utilities.

Additionally, the developers report the following for version 0.84:

  • #33504 – Fixed a crash when starting PowerToys Run on Windows 11 SV1 (build number 22000).
  • #33622 – Fixed PowerToys Run appearing too bright on Windows 10.
  • #33744 – Fixed the installation location of DSC files on user-scoped installations, causing winget configure to not work correctly with PowerToys.
