The Raspberry Pi Foundation has announced the Raspberry Pi 400, a keyboard with a built-in ARM computer.
Just plug it into one TV ή μια οθόνη χρησιμοποιώντας μία από τις δύο θύρες micro HDMI, τοποθετήστε μια κάρτα microSD, συνδέστε ένα καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας και ένα ποντίκι και έχετε έναν βασικό υπολογιστή για τις καθημερινές σας εργασίες, για κωδικοποίηση ή για αναπαραγωγή πολυμέσων.
The new gadget is available todaya as a stand-alone machine with 70 dollars or in one packet which includes a mouse, power supply, microSD card, HDMI cable and a beginner's guide for $100.
Apart from the keyboard, the Raspberry Pi 400 is a computer that is very similar to last year's Raspberry Pi 4.
It has slightly faster quad-core processors (quad-core) 1.8GHz ARM Cortex-A72 CPU, at 1,5GHz on Pi 4, 4GB RAM, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.11ac Wi-Fi.
There are two micro HDMI ports capable of exporting up to 4K / 60Hz, two USB 3.0 ports and a single USB 2.0 port.
Power comes via a USB-C port, there's a microSD card slot for storage and a GPIO header for attaching many more specialized devices.
Internally the new computer is similar to previous Raspberry Pi devices, but the external appearance of the Pi 400 is something completely different. Depending on the region you buy it from, the computer has a built-in 78- or 79-key keyboard, similar to most laptop keyboards.
There are currently six different keyboard layouts - UK, US, German, French, Italian and Spanish - and variants for the Norwegian, Swedish, Portuguese and Japanese markets will be available soon.
