Red Hat has announced the release of the second update for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.x series, a corporate Linux distribution with integrated support options.
Red Hat is an American multinational company that deals with development productof open source for both personal and commercial use.
It is widely known for its funding in Fedora Project, an open source operating system, while its main commercial product is Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The company was founded in 1993 by Marc Ewing and is headquartered in Raleigh, South Carolina.
The new version, in addition to many improvements, also has an upgrade tool for RHEL 7.x users:
