REMnux Linux toolkit for reverse-engineering and malware analysis

REMnux is a Linux toolkit for reverse-engineering and malware analysis. It is a Linux distribution based on Ubuntu.

It provides a curated collection of free community-created tools that analysts can use to investigate malware without having to find, install, and configure the tools themselves.

The REMnux toolkit offers Docker images of popular malware analysis tools, making it possible to run them as containers without having to install the tools directly on the system. You can even run the REMnux distribution in containers.

The easiest way to get the REMnux distribution is to download the REMnux virtual machine (VM) and then push it to your hypervisor.

You can also install the distribution from scratch on a dedicated host computer or add it to an existing system running a compatible version of Ubuntu.

For details on installing, using, and contributing to REMnux, as well as information about the tools included in the toolkit, please refer to the REMnux documentation website.
