From beforechoice, The File Explorer (ή Windows ExplorerOr Windows Explorr) opens all its windows in a single process. Open the Control Panel

You can start a window in a separate process from the expanded menu of Explorer.

Click and the selected folder opens in a separate process.
The easy way
Start Explorer in a special one process from the command line
