A very good short post by Steve Kocach at Business Insider, who spoke with sources following Samsung's reaction to the double recall Galaxy Footnote 7.
If we do not change, we do not survive, says Samsung.
Part of this change, it seems, is to be able to be sure that all their productthey are fully tested before being released to the public. Moving fast in the world of technology, but not at the expense of product safety. Samsung learned a hard lesson and is now preparing for changes.
But we are talking about a holistic change and perhaps its reinvention companys. A company that until this year was considered a shining example in the global history of success.
Of course, the points that the Korean company "suffers" are known to the general public: In addition to the safety of the products on the market, it also seems to lack innovative ideas.
But it is not the only one. After Steve Jobs's death, the ideas seem to have diminished by making copy paste a common survival practice among technology companies.
The launch of a completely new product that will be safe for the company's customers will probably be able to make a difference, whatever the company's brand name is.
But since we have heard a lot, let's wait and see the deeds…
