Samsung Electronics Hellas invites all interested parties to participate in 9th Samsung Service Lab Workshop, which will take place on 16 and 17 February, at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub of the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens - INNOVATHENS.
The two-day educational seminar, overall durationof eight hours (Hours: 09.00 -13.00 respectively), offers technical knowledge and skills to provide repair services for smartphones.
It is aimed at students, students and unemployed, with technical direction in the field of electronics / telecommunication.
The aim of the specific workshop is to get to know the after sales customer support processes and more specifically to spread know-how about the repair part, indicator management quality, as well as customer management.
