Samsung Electronics Hellas invites all interested parties to register for participation in 9th Samsung Service Lab Workshop, to be held at 16 and 17 February, at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Network of the Technopolis of the City of Athens - INNOVATHENS.
The two-day, eight-hour training course (Hours: 09.00-13.00 respectively) offers technical knowledge and skills to provide repair services to smartphones.
It is aimed at students, students and unemployed, with technique direction in the field of electronics/telecommunications.
The aim of this workshop is to get acquainted with after sales customer support processes and more specifically to disseminate know-how on the repair part, quality indicator management, and customer management.
