San Francisco is preparing a ban on e-cigarettes

In one sense, the ideal solution would be to not smoke at all, but Public Health England, a government agency, claims that vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking and that data from the smoking cessation program showed that 65% to 68% of smokers who used e-cigarettes with nicotine replacement therapy quit smoking successfully.
