Η campaign in Indiegogo for the Saygus V SQUARED one high-end smartphone just ended its goal. It was one of the campaigns that did not last long. He managed to collect one million dollars in five days and the company reports that everything is now ready to start building the device.
Manufacturers of Saygus wanted a smartphone to meet every need. We have seen a similar effort with OnePlus last year, but Saygus's kids really wanted something extra.
This is how they developed Saygus V SQUARED.
The smartphone is expected to have some crazy specifications and so users will not have to compromise. Some of the key features that will surely attract attention are:
- 21 megapixel camera with optical image stabilizer
- 13 megapixel front camera
- IPX7 waterproofing
- Lateral fingerprint scanner
- Harman Kardon 3D sound tech
- 3100 mAh Amprius Removable battery
- Global 3G and LTE
- Two micro SD slots with support up to 200GB on each card
The device will run on a Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2,5GHz, it will have a screen 5 inch 1080p LCD, 64GB capacity and wireless charging.
The phone will have 3 GB RAM, but as the company says, there may be last minute changes to their plans.
Saygus V SQUARED will run on Android 5.1 when it is released.
Saygus is reportedly working with manufacturers from China to build the device and according to the schedule set by the company, if all goes well, we will see the V SQUARED in the fall of 2015.
