Microsoft was released recently a new update for Skype for Linux Alpha bringing a much anticipated feature and many bug fixes.
The new Skype for Linux Alpha 1.13 may still be in alpha stage, but it (finally) brings SMS support. So all the users Linux users using the app will now be able to send SMS directly from their computers.
This feature was one of the most requested possibilities since the development of the new one began Skype for Linux.
At the same time, the new version of Skype also provides an update for Electron in the 1.4.7 version, and according to Microsoft, the application includes a better bug reporting and troubleshooting service.
