While Sony continues to deal with the wounds that opened the hack and specifically with emails leaked. It is currently chasing Twitter users.
Vice, Motherboard's technology page says he is in possession of a letter from Sony David Boies' lawyer sent to Twitter's general advisor Vijaya Gadde. In this letter, Sony declares on Twitter that she is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from tweets that expose the company's accounts and have not been deleted.
Twitter user Val Broeksmit also received a threatening letter from Sony. Broeksmit has posted screengrabs of leaked Sony emails from the account on Twitter.
How will Sony be able to determine how someone's tweet has caused losses data or damages, you don't mention that anywhere, and we'll probably have to wait and see.
