The page technology of Vice, Motherboard reports that it is in possession of a letter from Sony attorney David Boies sent to Twitter general counsel Vijaya Gadde. In this letter, Sony tells Twitter that it is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from tweets exposing company accounts that have not been deleted.
Twitter user Val Broeksmit also received a threatening letter from Sony. Broeksmit has posted screengrabs of leaked Sony emails from the account on Twitter.
