A representative of the company from Boston told the Huffington Post that the S-512 is expected to cost between $60 and $80 million. Its design will allow it to have a constant speed of Mach 1,6 and a maximum speed of Mach 1,8. Expect the S-512 to hit the market in December 2018.
The company says on its website that buyers of the super jet will be businesses that can benefit from shorter travel times, which will allow their employees to spend less time in the air. The speed of the S -512 will allow the plane to perform it trip New York - London in "less than four hours."
