PDF Sumatra has released version 3.6.1 with many new features and translation support.

Sumatra 3.6 is available as a portable version as well as an installer for Microsoft Windows. It is a lightweight, open source, pdf reader that runs in a Windows environment and supports the Greek language.
The new version contains a number of new features and improvements. Users now have the ability to translate pdf text via Google Translate or DeepL. It is also possible to add custom translation services to the application.
All you have to do is select text and then one of the available translation options. Sumatra opens the translated text on the service's website (Google Translate or DeepL).

Although the press releases will range from very select to rare, I said I'd pass...because sometimes the editors hide.
