System Rescue CD: Computers are tools that allow us to do incredible things, but with the use of a problem somehow is presented.
The problem may come from an accident delete files, a failure to remember or save a password until the operating system is no longer bootable due to corruption of system files, or the hard drive (worst case scenario).
For each of these problems, there are specialized tools that can help fix problems on a computer, or help us take care of and be prepared for the unexpected of a fault if something bad happens.
One of them is the System Rescue Cd which is addressed to system administrators.
SystemRescueCD is a powerful tool for repairing Linux systems and can run as a bootable CD-ROM or from a USB stick. A message welcome provides basic instructions for starting the network interface, the programs run on a command line (text editors and a web browser), which allows NTFS support to read Windows formatted hard drives.
The system is now based on ArchLinux and was built using archiso and its dependencies. The kernel and user programs are now in 64-bit (the platform is no longer supported in 32-bit). GUI is based on xorg-1.20.3 and xfce-4.12.
New version updated the kernel to Long-Term-Supported linux-5.4.44. As mentioned above, it uses a graphical user interface XFCE. The System Rescue CD is distributed under the GNU General Public License Version 2.
