Intellexa's Tal Dilian: We only provide technologies to governments

Intellexa founder Tal Dilian, responding to a question on the Mega Stories show on Mega TV, stated that the Intellexa client that purchased and operated the Predator illegal surveillance software was the Greek state.

Following his recent conviction by a Greek court for using surveillance systems against at least 87 targets, Mega Stories journalist Dora Anagnostopoulou asked Tal Dilian to reveal who the real customers of Intellexa's surveillance systems in Greece were.

Then Dilian mentioned:

“We operate strictly in accordance with European and international export regulations, providing technology only to governments and law enforcement agencies.”

He also stated that the company has no operational involvement after the delivery of the monitoring systems.

He stated that Intellexa does not conduct surveillance itself nor does it have operational access to the systems after they are installed.

The responsibility for the lawful use of these technologies lies with the authorities that acquire and use them.
