tiny11 builder (September 2025) update for version 25H2

In an earlier post we saw the tiny11 builder, an application that allows you to extract from an ISO of Windows 11 hardware requirements and hundreds of megabytes of bloatware. So today the project was updated adding support for the latest changes in Windows 11 and the upcoming version 25H2.

NTDEV, the developer of tiny11 and other related projects, announced the update for the tiny11 builder on its X account.

The September 2025 Update now works with any version of Windows 11 and any language or architecture, with improved PowerShell scripting capabilities.

In addition to that, tiny11 builder can now remove things like Copilot and the new Outlook for Windows. It also has measures in place to prevent Windows 11 from reinstalling apps you've removed.

It should be mentioned that tiny11 builder is very efficient in creating Windows images, resulting in much smaller ISO files, less prone to various errors and malfunctions, while the latest version is fully compatible with the upcoming Windows 25 version 2H11.
