The Tor Project today announced the release of Tor Browser 15.0.9, the latest stable version of the anonymous browser based on Mozilla Firefox and the Tor Project.

The new version is ready to be used by those who want to protect their privacy by remaining anonymous while surfing the Web.

It is based on Mozilla Firefox ESR version 140.9.1esr (Extended Support Release) and the open source Tor software 0.4.9.6 to enable anonymous communications.

Almost every element of the UI has been updated in this version.
