Social networks and Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and YouTube have been blocked since last month.
In October, access to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and GitHub to cut off access to emails of Energy and Natural Resources Minister Berat Albayrak, (President Erdogan's son-in-law) that were leaked online.
Correspondence is believed to expose Erdogan.
