Bad news for all of them users of Tormail. The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a full copy of a Tormail server and is using it as part of their investigations.
According to court documents that appeared recently, the FBI has cloned the entire e-mail service database while investigating the case Freedom Hosting.

New items revealed by Wired report that these files are now being used in cybercrime investigations.
So far it is unknown how many users or how many data of the TorMail network, is in the hands of the FBI, but Wired reports that the Feds know everything.
As stated on TorMail's website, administrators refused to hand over information to the FBI, even when presented with a court order. But if all the above applies, with the cloning of the server, those who use the service, can forget about the concept of anonymity.
