Every parent's worst nightmare and every child's dream comes true. LEGO built a life-size model of the Toyota Supra GR sports car with only 477.303 LEGO bricks.

The 1: 1 model results from a tripartite collaboration between LEGO Japan, LEGOLAND Japan and Toyota Gazoo Racing, to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Toyota Supra.

According to the companies, the LEGO model took 3.000 hours to develop and an additional 2.400 hours to build. It weighs 1.885 kg, which is only 200 kg more than the original, regular one (!!).

What makes it even better is that the car is really moving. You could really drive this LEGO car, thanks to its electric motor. However, you will not win any races, as it can reach a top speed of 28 km / h. Although this speed is higher than a European ebike, which does not exceed 25 km / h.

LEGO already has a history of building 1:1 cars. He has already built one Sían FKP 37, one Honda Civic and a Bugatti, capable of moving at 12 km / h.

The car is on display at LEGOLAND Japan until October 11 and will later be displayed at the Super GT car races. if again, you can't fly up to it , you might settle for this model.
