As you probably know Windows 11 will be released on October 5 and will require newer processors with TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot features enabled.
Microsoft has confirmed that users can try Windows 11 on older machinedamn, but they won't be supported with updates from the company. The minimum requirements Windows 11 system includes 8th generation processors, AMD Ryzen 2000 or later. In addition to newer processors, you'll also need TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled.
TPM (Trusted Platform Module) is a unit security software installed on your computer and designed to provide “hardware-based security features. According to Microsoft, the malware cannot affect the TPM's security functions and is also very effective at encryption.
