As you probably know Windows 11 will be released on October 5 and will require newer processors with TPM 2.0 features and Secure Boot enabled.
Microsoft has confirmed that users can try Windows 11 on older machines, but they will not be supported with updates from the company. The minimum requirements Windows 11 system includes 8th generation processors, AMD Ryzen 2000 or later. In addition to newer processors, you'll also need TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled.
The Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is a security module installed on your computer designed to provide “security functions based on hardware. According to Microsoft, the malware can not affect the security features of TPM and is also very effective for encryption.
