Twitter seems to be cooking up something new. As the biggest companies have already launched applications and services for group video calling, Twitter is trying something completely different.
Reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi discovered that Twitter is working on a mode called Audio Space.

With Audio Space users will be able to have group voice chat rooms from where they can talk to people they follow or people they invite.
One could imagine that the new feature it would only be suitable for small groups, given the challenges of understanding a group of people speaking at the same time.
Mention that this is a test performed by the company, and that we may not see it available to the general public at all.
