Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS is the first of five planned point releases that Canonical plans to release for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver). The updated version includes all the latest security updates and the latest software packages from April 26, 2018, which is date Ubuntu 18.04 LTS release.
Unfortunately, 18.04.1 LTS does not come with an updated kernel.
Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS release is available for download for all official flavors: Kubuntu, Lubuntu, Xubuntu, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu Budgie and Ubuntu Kylin. It should be mentioned that the first poin release in version 18.04.1 LTS comes as a Desktop and Live Server version only for 64-bit systems, while all other flavors support 32- and 64-bit systems.

Those who already use 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver) can upgrade with the following command on your terminal:
sudo apt Update && sudo apt full-upgrade
