Ubuntu 19.04 Disco Dingo was released yesterday. If you are using the older version of Ubuntu 18.10 (Cosmic Cuttlefish), below we will see how you can upgrade your system to the newer version.
Ubuntu 19.04 (Disco Dingo) like we also mentioned earlier publications it runs on the latest Linux Kernel 5.0 series and features GNOME 3.32 as its desktop environment, along with many other upgraded applications such as LibreOffice 6.2 and the tourMozilla Firefox 66.0.

Update-manager -c
The command will bring up the “Software Update” tool stating “New distribution release '19.04' is available.” Just click on the “Upgrade” button and follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
When the upgrade process is complete, you will be prompted to restart your computer.
