Canonical today announced the launch of free personal subscriptions to the Ubuntu Pro package for up to five systems.
Ubuntu Pro is Canonical's commercial suite for extensive and timely security updates. This free package is intended for personal use as well as for small-scale commercial use.
Ubuntu Pro extends security coverage for critical, high, and medium common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs) to thousands of applications and toolchains, including Ansible, Apache Tomcat, Apache Zookeeper, Docker, Drupal, Nagios, Node.js, phpMyAdmin, Puppet, PowerD Python 2, Redis, Rust, WordPress and more.
