New UHD screens from Samsung

Samsung extends the portfolio of UHD monitors, aiming to better meet the needs of both consumer entertainment seekers and professionals who emphasize detail. The new UHD display series, UE590, offers high image contrast and fast response time, creating a more vibrant viewing experience that does not distract the viewer and improves performance at the same time.

The Samsung UE590 series, available in 23,5 and 28 inches, is suitable for those looking for high-level entertainment, but also for fanatic gamers who want a unique viewing experience. These screens, combined with the level of ergonomics and environmental friendliness, offer a complete viewing experience.

Offering enhanced connectivity, UHD monitors add more comfort and flexibility to the user experience. UHD monitors have built-in DisplayPort ports (DP 2.1) and two HDMI ports, HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4a (4K at 30Hz). HDMI 2.0 and DP 2.1 support 4K resolution at 60Hz, which is twice the maximum resolution that HDMI 1.4a (4K at 30Hz) can offer.

Aimed at increasing productivity, the UE590 monitors allow users to set the content which they follow according to their own personal needs. The Picture-by-Picture (PBP) function ensures that content can be viewed from 2 different sources while maintaining picture quality. Accordingly, up to 25% of the screen can be repositioned and resized anywhere on the screen using Picture-in-Picture 2.0 (PiP).

The ergonomic advantages of the UE590 series offer a more comfortable and enjoyable user experience. UHD displays support wall mounts (VESA standard). In addition, using eye-saver mode, screens limit the damaging effects of blue light associated with eye strain on the viewer. Similarly, screens feature the flicker-free function that protects viewers' eyes.
