UnigetUI (formerly WingetUI), is a third-party GUI utility for easy-to-use CLI package managers such as Winget, Scoop, Chocloatey, and npm, among others.
According to the changelog, the app was named UnigetUI.
How to easily install applications with Winget
Yesterday the application was updated to version UniGetUI 2026.1.4, and it brings several improvements, as it now supports WingetUI Widgets that make it easier to install available updates.
Other usability improvements include saving package installation details, exporting details with YAML and JSON format support, and more.
The new release also supports PowerShell Gallery. As its name suggests, PowerShell Gallery or PSGallery is a repository that contains scripts, modules, and Desired State Configuration (DSC) packages.

Although the press releases will range from very select to rare, I said I'd pass...because sometimes the editors hide.
