Universal USB Installer (Imager) also known as UUI is a Live Linux bootable USB creation software. This ISO to USB imaging tool helps users to easily make a USB bootable flash drive.
You can use it to boot from USB into a Live Linux distribution, the Windows Installer, or install Windows entirely on USB using the Windows to Go or PE methods.
Popular anti-virus scanners, disk cloning software, penetration tests, or other system tools can also run from the multi-bootable removable storage media.
Using this open source USB bootable software is very easy. Just select the destination USB, select your distribution from the list, browse for the ISO file (or choose to download the ISO), then click Create. Once you're done, you'll have a Live USB ready containing your Live OS, Linux, Windows, or system diagnostic utility of your choice.
In USB Creator to add more distributions, you can simply drag additional ISO, IMG, WIM, VHD(x), VDI.vtoy and EFI files from any folder on your computer and drop them into any folder under the UUI Folder.
You can also create your own folders inside the UUI folder to use for storage. At startup, the system will automatically populate the menu entries for these newly discovered items.
Secure Boot is supported by the app. Just select “VTOYEFI” and then “Enroll_This_Key_In_MokManager.cer” at startup.
