Do you want to upgrade to Windows 10 easily? The only options you had in the past for upgrading from an older version of Windows were to run the installer from either an installation disc or a flash drive.
Microsoft trying to simplify the procedure added an option to upgrade to Windows 10 using Windows Update.
Windows Update is your operating system's update service, which is best known for security updates once a month on all supported Windows devices.
The benefit of upgrading through Windows Update is convenience. You do not need to download any Windows 10 ISO, you do not need to burn it to a DVD or copy it to a USB Flash Drive, and you do not have to run it on your system.

The upgrade process
The first thing you need to do is download one small program from Microsoft which will prepare Windows 7 or Windows 8 for the upgrade.
