Many users are concerned about the services collectiontelemetry and the data Microsoft collects with Windows 10. Some view these features as attempted espionage and rely on this reason not to upgrade from Windows 7.
After the release Windows 10, Microsoft released updates for Windows 7 and Windows 8, which increase the data collected by adding more telemetry input points to these operating systems. You should be aware that updates to Windows 7 also come with Telemetry updates.
If you are not happy with the practice of collecting and sending any form of data to Microsoft, no matter what the company claims about exactly what it collects and for what purpose, you should know that in the Windows 7 KB3068708, KB3075249 and KB3080149 there is an increase in telemetry collection data.
If, on the other hand, you don't want to lose the rest of the upgrades that the above versions contain, then the solution is to install them and disable the "Customer Experience Improvement Program" option Improvement Program – CEIP).
