And yet there are some who do not support the NSA's actions. The US Court of Appeals surprised, with a decision-making station on the history of the internet. 
The plaintiffs were organizations that support civil liberties, and treatment was filed for the first time in August of 2014.
The court ruled today that the bulk collection of NSA metadata metadata is illegal under federal law.
In particular, it is apparent from the wording of the Decision that the collection of metadata by NSA goes beyond what is permitted by paragraph 215 of the PATRIOT law.
Please be reminded that the PATRIOT Act or Surveillance Act was passed after 11's September 2001 terrorist attacks.
This move could lead to a stronger legal basis for a reform of NSA methods, which first saw the spotlight after Edward Snowden's leaks.
